Urban Safari…

At the Kennedy Center

The sky was overcast when I left out this morning, a remnant of the seeming torrential rain we received yesterday.  I had several errands to run, planned to take my niece shopping for summer clothes (and maybe pick up a few pieces for myself), and needed to attend a performance at the Kennedy Center.  Although the weather refused to cooperate, I knew that whatever I wore needed to be functional, able to multi-task, and be kinda-stylish at the same time. Both the Zebra coat and the seed bead bracelets serve as reminders…

“Why can’t I wear this plaid scarf?”, I asked The Niece.
